Actions speak louder than words. Whether it’s swinging a club, pedaling a bike, or lobbing a tennis ball, you can find a variety of athletic movements to suit your style at the Canada Games. Here’s what to move to the top of your list today...

1. Swing

2. Pedal

Head over to Birds Hill Park to catch some Road Cycling. Both Women’s (10:00 a.m.) and Men’s (11:30 a.m.) Individual Time Trials run today. Photo: Richard Ray
