As the calendar shifts to 2025, you too can be a part of this storied volunteer legacy by joining the St. John’s 2025 Canada Games volunteer team! The 2025 Host Society is building a team that is 5,000 strong and ready to rock – eager to host Canada’s top amateur athletes from August 8-25, 2025 in St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador.
It’s been almost 50 years since the Canada Summer Games were last held in St. John’s, but the memories of those involved live on nearly five decades later. Hear from four 1977 Canada Games volunteers about the impact of those Games and how they sparked a lifelong passion for volunteering.
