The Canada Games was a major highlight of my summer and racing career so far!

I was the Flag Bearer for Team Ontario at the Opening Ceremonies, and that was just a spectacular way to kick start a memorable week.

There was so much energy from every individual athlete and team coming together from across Ontario and the country, funneling into one big crowd filled with high aspirations and hope.

It was the first major games I have been to and it was very interesting to have athletes from all backgrounds and sports unite.

My races in the Mountain Bike events were strong as I got bronze in the cross country event and silver in the team event!
