The 2027 Canada Games Host Society and Sport’Aide are proud to announce their collaboration to promote and ensure access to resources that foster a safe sport environment for youth during the next winter Games.
"The 2027 Canada Games in Québec City will be absolutely spectacular! It will be a moment for amateur athletes to move and compete across every corner of the city. This agreement thrills me even more, knowing that young athletes will have access to a safe and healthy environment," mentions Québec City Mayor Bruno Marchand.
“The Canada Games are about more than competition—they inspire youth to be active, grow, and push their limits. This must take place in a positive environment, free from bullying and harassment. It is crucial for us to take concrete steps to ensure that young athletes have a positive experience during the Games, with access to resources if needed,” says Denis Servais, President of the 2027 Canada Games Host Society.
“The Sport’Aide team is delighted to partner with the upcoming 2027 Canada Games in Québec City, as it provides a powerful platform to highlight the importance of safe sport. Athletes, coaches, officials, chaperones, parents, and volunteers all have roles to play. Teaming up with the Games will enhance the experience for all participants while leaving a lasting legacy for Canadian youth in sport,” adds Sylvain Croteau, General Manager of Sport’Aide.

In a city rich in history, Québec will welcome the achievements of tomorrow’s great athletes and ignite sparks of inspiration.
Logo
Referring to the northern character of Québec City, the logo features the frozen river, a symbol of our winters and the traditional highway used by First Nations for millennia, fostering connection. The fortifications remind us of the events and peoples that have shaped our history.
